Recladding, Extend & Remodelling Cardiff South Wales 

Extension, Remodelling and Refurbishment of a 1970's, Alpine Style house in Llancarfan, in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales.

The Project included the introduction of a new glass bay to the front elevation of the house. The bay serves to provide a new glazed entrance 'lantern' and new increased living space to extend the front lounge. The bay also forms a roof terrace break out space from the Master Bedroom, at first floor.

The remodelling also included the introduction of two new dormers added to the sides of the house. These serve to extend the existing bedrooms and provide Walk in Wardrobe and Ensuite Bathroom spaces.

In 2014 my wife and I purchased a 1960s detached house in dire need of a face lift. 
Whilst we had our own ideas we needed an architects input and we were lucky enough to find Dennis Hellyar.
