Annexe Extension to a Victorian Town House in Penarth, South Wales.

The Client Brief was to demolish the original single storey annexe with outbuildings and to design a new longer and wider single storey annexe providing kitchen, dining and living space. 

The Added Value we brought to the scheme centred around the possibility to develop an interesting section, mixing a flat roof construction with the existing pitched roof, culminating in a wonderful naturally lit, airy and spacious addition.

We hired Dennis following a personal recommendation and it was a decision we did not regret. Dennis listened to our aspirations for the new kitchen-diner we wanted to create and developed a plan that optimised light, incorporated all the elements we wanted giving us a space that we absolutely love to spend time in. He lead the tender process to source the builder and ensured we were supported during the build. 
Now that it's complete we spend such a lot of time in the new room, delighting in the layout, space and especially the light and warmth. We are thrilled with the result.
